RB help needed

I successfully downloaded the quick installation.
 
I went back to install the "complete installation" several days later and I'm getting a box that says:
 
Progress getting themes info
- Network error: Request aborted
Please check your network and proxy settings.
 
How do I fix this?  Thank you

Download and install manually. Just unzip the latest build to the root your player. If you haven't done so, also install the fonts pack if you want to use custom themes.
