Given that I loved the ie300 fit , pretty sure ie900 has the same fit , then madam is gonna love it , it's so good wew !!! You would forget you have an iem in your ears...

The one you chose seems more suitable for the missus just based on the looks. Not sure how comfortable they’re going to be, assuming they’re universals. Might use the Aurum to “take” the IE900s from her. A man must always have a Plan B (and C). LOL

Haha! She really enjoys IEMs, but I still have pretty big doubts on just how much she will actually use them, if at all. That's why I went for the IE900, since I'd be pretty happy to use them myself in the likely scenario where she isn't particularly interested

There’s only so much after market stuff you can dump on the wife. However yes she has bower and Wilkins hp and shure 846 with a dhc copper fusion 8 braid cable, so not bad for someone who never cared

In a rather unexpected development, I've been re-discovering the OG CIEM Elysium since this morning, paired with the N6II R01... the pairing is rather exceptional, adding a lot of air and presence to the treble, giving the bass a little more decay to make it less sterile, and making the midrange colder and clearer while preserving most of the texture that gave the Elysium its place in Head-Fi...
