I'm not affiliated with the seller in the least though when I saw this ad I was like: "Oh wow this guy lives in my city!!!"

Very cool rare arm. Not sure how much these things do run for or should run for. If anyone is interested and wants to make sure it is in good condition, I would be willing to go check it out for them, act as an escrow of sorts.

I wasn't aware Grado made any metal arms. I had only ever seen the wooden ones. This one looks to be built very well, similar to an Alphason. Maybe one of the experienced vinylophiles can chime in on its performance.

Modern thought in tonearm design dictates that they should be made from one piece castings and the headshell should be part of the casting to increase rigidity.This grado may be a good tonearm but it does not comply with modern theory.

Interesting thingy - looks like it was based on a Sumiko/Audioquest design.
