It's like finding money in an old jacket pocket, or under the sofaOh yeah, forgot about that. That’s why it’s a new toy....the benefit of poor memory?

I’m too tired to explain. What fatigue?
But not enough to post?I’m too tired to explain.
I sometimes wonder if it's the Loudness War the one to blame for fatigue and not necessarily our gear...
I wonder what will be the difference between listening to Death Magnetic (or any super compressed album you can think of) in the ATH-M40x, then listen to same album on the SR-009S.It's a bit of both, when one frequency band or peak pushes it way too far...crap album will still sound crappy in the most accurate way possible???

Oh man, back to that album...I wonder what will be the difference between listening to Death Magnetic (or any super compressed album you can think of) in the ATH-M40x, then listen to same album on the SR-009S.
What constitutes “Chi-Fi”?
It can’t merely be any IEM made in China, b/c that would encompass a whole lot of IEMs from established Western brands whose IEMs are made in China. It is any Chinese IEM brand? Is there a certain price cut-off for Chi-Fi? Brands such as Unique Melody and qdc are Chinese companies, but they are also well-established brands in the Summit-Fi world. Would they be considered Chi-Fi brands? If not, then how about Dunu? While I think most people would consider Dunu to be Chi-Fi, the Luna is a Summit-Fi contender.
