Pogo Electronics - Radio YourWay Mini
Anybody interested in this little guy. Seems new and not out just yet. I'm guessing nobody has one.
Pogo always screws these up one way or another. This one seems good except that there is no mp3 player on this. No SD slot or USB port. So it is not an AM/FM mp3 player. It seems to only play the radio and voice/radio/line-in recordings( in ADPCM). Not very bright even though it would probably be a crappy sounding mp3 player anyway.
Still, I might be a guinea pig on this one as I have an Amazon gift certificate coming for Xmas. Should be out by then. I do have about 8 hours of shows on AM that I would like to record between 2:00 and 10:00AM. The speaker will also come in handy if it goes loud enough. And of course the reception needs to perform good enough.
It is a nice size for a portable AM/FM radio. $99 for 1GB is quite a decent price from Pogo which was charging $200 for 128MB devices. I also like that they went back to removable batteries.
If anyone has one already, feel free to chime in, otherwise I will if/when I get one.
