Hey guys I'm really low on budget and I really don't know much about Multimeters and I was wondering if this one would be good enough to use to test the voltage and match the resistors for my cMoY I will definitely get a better one later but I really need one now thanks.

Don't blow that much on a Radio Shack Multimeter.

Go pick up a $10 multimeter to hold you over.

Buy a TLE2426 rail splitter for your power supply section. And 1% vishays for your feedback resistors.

Later on you can pickup a good multimeter for not all too much.

:) Keep on truckin

I can't match resistors with a
Multimeter?

Not with a cheap one. Your meter must be more accurate than the accuracy you want in your matched pairs. For matching better than 1%, you need a pretty good meter indeed.

Almost any other brand will be better than a Radio Shack meter. Their meters are crap. If you need one right away, get the cheapest name-brand you can find but make sure the specs. are adequate for your application.
