Radio Shack carries several sets of earbuds, some of which seem identical to the Senn MX- series right down to the metallic blue with volume control (MX-500's).

Does anyone know if these are the same headphones as the Senns only "private labeled" under the Radio Shack name? Thanks.

I just got the radioshack foamies yesterday for my MX500's. They are thicker, larger, yet fit the MX500 more tightly. To me it just improves the fit for my ears. I have yet to notice any sound improvement.

What is a "foamie"?

I'm not talking replacement pads, I'm talking about the earbuds themselves. Radio Shack states that their metallic blue with volume control is their "best" premium earbud. I'm pretty certain it is the MX-500 and was wondering if someone could confirm it.

A model number, picture from their site, or a link would be very helpful. Radio Shack has several earbuds, described with various superlatives, so I'm not sure which ones you're talking about.
