Quick Shure Warranty Question

I've sent my E500s for warranty within the first year already. Does this make my warranty void? If not, is it transferable to the next owner?

IIRC, Shure (not including regional distributor/official dealer) usually use the manufacturing date (as digits on the plug) as a reference for warranty. However, some regional offices (Shure EU for example) might ask you to produce a proof of purchase before claiming your warranty.

No, your warranty continues until the two years are up from the date of your purchased. When it transfers to the next owner, he doesn't have a receipt with his name and Shure must use the date that is stamped on the IEM.
