quick question about a amp for my hd 650's

loving my movie experience with my current headphones, i have a $180 creative internal sound card with no amp built in. i have no clue about amps, just looking for one to pair with my current sound card around 100 give or take $30.

I'd look at the FiiO E9.

If you are in North America (115v) you are right at your budget with the Schiit Magni.

seems very interesting, this seems fairly new, quick google search did not find any good canadian resellers. the FiiO E9 looks very promising.
