Quick Help for CX300 Replacements

My CX300s just died at work this mornning. I can barely hear the right earphone at all. Im thinking of running to CC and grabbing some KSC75s at lunch. I am worried that they will leak too much in an office enviroment. Any advice? I got my CX300s for 35 bux when Amazon had them on sale. I would like to stay in that same price range. Any other options for bud/clipons that would be suitable at work?

if you're going to CC might as well get the px100 instead. better (more accurate) bass and soundstage the the cx by far...not nearly as sibilant either

Over the head are out. I need something more subtle. Maybe the Koss' wont be subtle either.

i would be pissed...just have Senn replace them- if they're new they can/should probably help for free

Well, in that price range (and in a similar if not identical configuration), look into the Creative canal phones.

Did you get a product replacement warranty from Amazon, or is there a warranty still in effect through Sennheiser?

Im not sure about the warranty. I will give Senn a shout and see what happens. I went to CC at lunch and snagged the last pair of KSC 75s on the shelf without the volume pot. Ive got say Im dissappointed for not getting them sooner. Enjoying them. The wheels are turning for a port amp now
