Quick e4g question!

Hello all, i just had a quick question about the e4g iem. It seems that the e4g is simply the shure e4 with a shorter cord and a different color, but has anybody confirmed this, as in a direct comparison? I just wanted to be sure there weren't any compromises in this versino if i were to get it

~please tell me if there are any other difference that i haven't mentioned!

sugarfried, who works at shure, has confirmed that the only differences are the shorter cord, different color, and smaller plug. they sound exactly the same.
