I can tell you from experience that when I get packages here in the US from my English relatives I pay no duties, the packages are usually declared at around £100 and marked as gifts. Not positive an going the other way though.

I think there would. I think the maximum value for a gift is €45 when shipping to Denmark, but I believe the U.K.'s limit is higher.

However you should write something like broken headphones for service, or returning from service or something like that, and it'll probably slip through.

What method are you using? If your using USPS Global Priority Mail (which is the fastest for the price - less than $10) it won't matter as they there's no insurance and tracking options
