Questions for setup? SR60-RA2V2-Chaintech AV-710

This is my very first post here, I may ask some stupid questions, please be nice to me

I just got an grado sr60, sure it is much better than my radioshack earphone.
But I want to have more

Here is situation:
Mostly I listen from my Dell 700m laptop or gx620 desktop in my office.
I have heard RA2v2 is great amp, and Chaintech AV-710 is suitable for those using computer as source. Most important, thery are cheap. $100 is the what I can afford

Do you guys think they can really improve sound quality?

From what I've read about the SR60, PA2V2, and AV710, these components should sound good together and be worth the money spent.
