Is it possible to wire a subwoofer to powered speakers with a back like this ?

If so, what wires/equipment do I need to buy and how do I connect them?

For reference, I am trying to connect the HiVi M100 MKII to a subwoofer. Also, I'm playing music from laptop

When using powered speakers, which in many scenarios is a studio monitor, the best subwoofer to use is a studio subwoofer, or an HT sub with the same kind of inputs and outputs: line level input and line level output. You hook up the preamplifier to the sub input, the sub either runs a parallel signal through an L-Pad then a low pass filter to get the frequencies to the sub and then sends the signal back out as is, or it runs the signal through a low pass filter for the sub or better a matched (as well as it could manage) high pass signal, and from there you connect the subwoofer's line level output to the speakers.
