I having some questions about Stax headphones (again):
1- how can I measure the bias voltage if it correct?
2- how can I test if the headphones are safety to use without any electrification dangerous (if I buy them used
3- What another sponge can you recommend to replace the old used one ?
4- can I connect the SR-40 to SRD-7/SB transformer ?
5-What the best way to connect the SRD-7/SB transformer to PC ?

thanks!

1: Checking the voltage directly from the headphone socket is inaccurate, you need to open up the amp and find a specific test point.
2: All of them is safe to use
3: Only the one made by stax fits so buying a third party earpad wont work
4:yes
5:through a speaker amp
