Hey, i have a few questions about ordering from expresspcb, particularly by using their miniboard service:

1) Am i allowed to panelize boards to fit into that 3.8" x 2.5" space?

2) this one doesnt really mean alot, its just one of those "just because" questions. could i cover the board i recieve with a green lacquer, just to give it a nicer look?

thnx!

You can put anything you like in that space (within their manufacturing limits) but they won't depanelize the sub-boards for you. I recommend a Dremel with an emery wheel to do that. Work slowly to avoid overheating the wheel.

Probably, but how do you plan on keeping it off of the solder pads and out of the holes?
