Is it a good idea to buy some un opened ATH-M50RD from a seller on ebay ( im not sure if they a real, American seller ) for $175, should I get a amp if so any recommendations ( looking to spend about $50 on the amp ) and how is bass on them? The seller also added a best offer option, what should I offer? Also how do ATH-M50 compare to ATH-PRO500MK2?
Im new to the forum so if there is a better section for my questions please tell me.

I am always cautious about buying headphones on ebay, but if the seller has really positive feedback and is not shipping from China you are usually good to go.
