I'm not sure which forum this belongs in so if it goes in another could a mod please move it over.
I have a Headroom Cosmic amp and am wondering how I should go about connecting it.
I would like to be able to listen to two audio streams at once. One would be coming from my Sirius H2A satilite radio unit and the other is a input coming from my computer for my voice coms. I'm not sure of the best way to do this. When I try sending the Sirius signal to the computer's line input to be outputed with the voice stream it adds in a lot of background noise from the computer's internals(I have a number of fans in the case) which is not there when I just have the voice stream enabled on the sound control panel.
I was thinking perhaps if I went to Radio Shack and got a RCA mono spliter I could just hook the right and left channels from each into the spliter and plug the combined ends into the amp but I wanted to find out from you guys if there is a better way or if this way will even work.
