I will be traveling to england next semester and i need a jacket.

I have a heavy winter jacket that i use in the US, but i was told that it will be unnecessary.

So I am looking for something a little bit lighter, and more suitible for your climate =)

thanks

looking to spend ~100 bucks

Take a heavy jacket and it will be mild, take a light jacket and it will be freezing.

The next few months are generally the coldest so bring the heavy jacket, it's better to be prepared.

QFT. We moan about our weather, but it's never really THAT bad ever. That said, we have got some pretty crazy fog at the moment.

Not a bad idea at all. Quite the opposite in fact.

Or just bring your normal jacket and save money?

I've got a rather nice duffle coat that I wear when it starts getting colder. At the moment I can happily walk out with it on with only a t-shirt underneath and I still feel nice & warm.
