I mainly listen to the PS-1's with flats as that is what sounds best to my ears but I wouldn't mind a little more of a soundstage once in a while. Bowls make things sound too distant for my tastes so my question is:

What would be the happy sonic medium between bowls and flats? Reversed bowls? C-pads?

i would suggest 414 pads.

I know, I forgot where I was when I posted, I've asked the mods to move.

Are those the yellow ones?

I bought new C-pads a few months back, now I regret that purchase. I've decided that I don't like them as much as stock. I'll be selling them someday when I get around to it.

Are you using them with PS-1's?
