I powered up my QP1R this morning and there was no sound when trying to play a song. I tried several things to fix this.... did a factory reset, hard reset, reloaded the firmware, tried different headphones. I recalled i had this problem last year and the sound came back without me doing anything. But this time it seems the sound will not come on.
I called the Las Vegas number several times for service and did not receive a return call. I understand there is a service center in the Los Angeles area. I live in Los Angeles and would prefer to walk in with the unit to the service center instead of mailing it in.
Would anyone know the address and phone number of the Los Angeles Questyle service center? TIA.
