QED MB-45 2 watts RMS killer!

I just obtained a QED MB-45 to drive my AKG k501 phones. I've read various opinions about it, but I was happily surprised at how synergistic it is with my k501 phones. It really has the voltage swing to make these phones sing and has a whopping bass I'd never heard before.

Anyone else tried a similar combo?

I use the MB-45 in my work rig with a pair of K701s.
I was using it with a pair of ATH-700s but favoured the K701.
I'm quite happy with it.
