I recently brought a pair Q701, I was thinking hook it up with an Amp.
Now I am stuck on this two choice
1. Little Dot MK III
2. Matrix M-Stage

Any one been using this two combination here can help me to decide, or any other recommend will be very much appreciate.
My budget is below $300.

Thank you in advance.

I simply cannot recommend using tube amps of due frequently hard wired tubes as well as poor total harmonic distortion.

If you are using the amp exclusively on a computer with a USB connect then I would recommend the CENtrance DACport.  It is $400, but has both a DAC and amp stage in it.  It would drive your Q701 just fine and has much better total harmonic distortion than the Little Dot MK II.

The Matrix M-Stage is the better of the two amps.  The M-Stage does not appear to be USB fed so keep that in mind.

The Headroom Total Bithead is what I use in that price point which works tremendously well and has been with me for over 7 years.  It runs only $150 and less used.

Thank you for your recommenditon, I just get a Fiio E9+E7 combo, it sounds pretty good with my new Q701. I am listening it right now, I am enjoyed it Pink Floyd " The Dark Side of the Moon"

I will use my desktop computer to listen the music and watch movie, it seems I have the same setup with you now, Q701 with E9+E7.
It works good.
Thank you!

Nice!  That is the same source I have for my Q701.  How do you like the Q's so far?

I can't wrap my brain around this sentence. Are you making a blanking statement about tube amps in general?
