Hello! I like to powerwalk around town and listen to music, but I can't exactly take my planar magnetics, amp, and dac with me. My company gave me some AirPods 2 that I've been using, but I'm not a huge fan. I'm looking for some better earbuds for metal, trance, and occasional orchestra. Some things I'm looking for:

• Wired or wireless are both fine (I'm not opposed to a portable amp if required)
• Punchy bass
• Microphone is preferable but not required
• Preferably something that wraps around the back of my ear (e.g. no AirPods)
• No latency requirement, I won't be watching video
• Sweat resistant (IPX4+)
• $250 or less

Any suggestions?

Why do you suggest that product? It doesn’t mention IPX (or various other specifications), has no reviews, says its wireless but uses a 3.5mm, etc.

Just always keep at least one towel with you to clear your skin from excess sweat and you will be fine. If you really need that rating, then here is another option:
