I accidentally yanked the 1/8" plug off of my ATH M50's cable.  It doesn't look like it'll be easy to resolder the wires into the plug!!

 What should I do?  Should I buy a new cable with plug attached and solder it to the headphone's connections?  Or should I attempt to solder the plug back on?
 
ahhhhhhhhhhhh this is the second time I yanked the cable and broke these things and I am SO sad.  What will I do without my good sound?!?!

Get a new 3.5mm connector to use. Not sure how thick the m50 cable is although

Buy one of 'em Rean plugs. Or a Neutrik one if you want a right-angle connector. With some heat-shrink. Or even a Canare F-12.

any good tutorial sites for attaching a plug? I think it'd be easier if I just soldered a cable (with plug preattached) to the headphone cups; at least i've done it before.
 
I mean, looking at the detached plug, I can't fathom a way to solder anything into the narrow tunnel where the cable goes in.
