I've got custom sensas 2x-s and I'm interested in using them with the Shure PTH device. Has anyone tried non-shure headphones with the PTH. The reason I'm concerned is that the E5c I have, are very sensitive, and just a little volume goes a long way. So I'm worried it won't get loud enough with other phones.
Customs are harder to get in and out (so far) than the E5c are, so I think the PTH switch would be easier for me and put less stress my phones. With the E5c, I could just quickly loosen one and have a conversation, that's no longer an easy option.
So my question is, what phones have people used the PTH with? How'd it work out?
