PS4/PC headset (or headphone+mic) recommendation

Good day to all!

I'm from Italy. Budget of 300€ looking to buy a headset to use on PS4 and pc. I'm open to a mic+headphones combo too, but leaning more heavily towards headset because it could be more comfortable on console.
I'll also use this for my phone and tablet.
My current headphones are a pair of Sennheiser HD 25-II. I'm fairly satisfied with the sound, but I'm not sure how I'd improve it.
I'm not sure if I want an open back or closed back headset. I'd like suggestions for both. I realize open back should be better, but I don't really enjoy the fact that if I'm on a car others could hear me.
My preference is for full sized or on ear headphone/headset.
I guess I'm looking for a well balanced sound, but I might be misguided.

I'll use them to listen to music too. Preferred genres are Classic Metal/Hard Rock, some pop, especially 80s, Symphonic Metal, Psychill, electronic music in general, Soundtracks and Classical music.

My suggestion is to keep using the HD-25 II for portable headphones

For full size headphones.
Check out the Soundmagic HP200 (open) headphones, for PS4 & PC use

You might want to look into the Sennheiser HD 598 cs they are semi isolated and have built-in mic into the line. I think they have very good sound signature and they have a good soundstage to them sounds good with music and gaming

Those seems good, but I'm really unsure about the built in mic in line. Can I turn it on and off whenever I want?
