Hey all,
I wanted to know some good ways to protect my ears when listening to music on iphone,
A few days ago i plugged my shure se215 and didnt notice that its on full volume , so it wasnt nice... How can i make sure or limit the volume so it wont happen? I thought about an amp with external limit...

You can use the volume limiter to make it so max is reasonable

I don't know if iPhone has it but my Nexus 5 has a safe volume option when plugging in headphones
