Project 2 Expression MKII turntable ?

Hi folks,
I saw this one on my local craiglists. Is this a reasonable nice deal ?

Project 2 Expression MKII turntable with Oyster moving magnet (MM) cartridge (selling for $200).
Project Phono Box phono pre-amp (selling for $40).

That seems reasonable, if not brilliant. See if you can get both for a slice less. I have the earlier Xpression and it's a quite nice turntable, but nothing like as good as my DAC.
