I have amassed quite a lot of mp3 encoded songs, and each time I buy a new album, I would have two seperate versions of the hits on the new album, because I had the hitsingles already - I could go through my whole playlist removing the duplicate entries one by one, meanwhile deleting the actual files with explorer, but isn't there some program designed to do this? Would make things so much easier.

Also, there was a thread (on this site) about headwize going down, and some discussion within said thread (with Fred!) about software that could download an entire site. I investigated one or two of those, and one of those sites had a companion program for searching for duplicate jpg's...I can't imagine it would be much different.
