Problems with iTunes or iBook?

I have been importing my music using Apple Lossless with all the garbage turned off and error correction on. It seems the last 5 seconds sounds like it is skipping. None of my CD's have any scratches so this is really confusing me. What could be causing this only on the last few seconds of each track?

I am pretty sure it is a problem with my super drive so I think I am going to have it replaced under warranty. It's not messing up just at the end of songs now but also toward the last tracks on a disc.
