problem with shure e2c's

i made the mistake by not registering my shure e2c's when i first got them, and i dont even have the s/n or anything. but not my e2c's are clogged with earwax and stuff. should i not even bother emailing shure about this? i'd like to get a replacement or something for fere.

Hi! I would just go ahead and talk to them... I'm optimistic, 'cause shure is known to have good service and great customer care...
