Hi all I need your help!!!! Recently I have bought one little dot II ++ and found that there was some background noise (quite loud). Is it a normal condition? If not, how can I fix it?

I read the manual and it says if my headphones have high sensitivity (currently I have Ultrasone 750 and Sennheiser HD600), I have to open the amp to remove something (circuit or fuse, don't know how to translate). However, the screws were too soft weak and now I am unable to open by any means, except breaking it. If sensitivity is really the problem, can I fix it by any other way without opening the amp, like buying an adaptor to lower its output power?

If you bought it from David Z you should contact him about sending it for a repair.

I think you are talking about setting the gain? I don't think that can be done any other way then by opening it up.
