i've just installed the indigo using drivers vers. 6.14 on their website. i also tied in the ASIO support to foobar.

thing is, i can hear music from foobar, but i can't hear anything else, e.g. movie files, system alerts, etc!

for the sound options under control panel, it's been duly set to indigo virtual out 3/4. i've tried all the options, 1/2, etc, but nothing works.

any1 can help??

I dont get system sounds either. They only can be used with the onboard sound card on mine. But I only use mine for music .But I can see were a movie would be important. It sounds like your software video player is trying to use the primary sound card. You may have to find one that you can have a setting in the player that will let you pick which drivers you want to use. Another alternitive would be to go into Device manager and turn off your primary sound card which may force the player to use the Echo. I have watched a movie on mine, so I know it works.Try different players.
Also I use winamp for my music files. It also has a video option so I believe it will play them also.If you are trying to use windows media player it may be trying to use youre primary card drivers if they were installed first. If not disable the primary sound card drivers in device manager and try reinstalling your software based media player or try another. Bye
