Ok, I can get them quite nice with my amp but for some reason when i Try it on my pc Directly into the soundcard (its really squeaky and sounds like 1$ buds) probably because its onboard....BUT when I plug it into my Speakers Mini-jack I get the sound but not what im lookin for compared to my amp....Could this Be my soundcard or my speakers? to drive the DT770/250 properly....Is there a way to check my PC for these kinds of info

onboard sound sucks, your speakers are probably are probably trying to compensate for the crappiness.

get a better soundcard/USB DAC!

The 250 in DT770/250 means 250 ohms. They need an amp. Your sound card may be able to get them up to a reasonable volume without an amp, but only at the cost of sound quality. I'd also recommend upgrading the soundcard if you're using onboard sound.

chaintech is a good card. You might look at a emu 0404 usb. Its a dac/usb sound card with a small built in amp.
