Vickie, the more you plead like a stuck record, the more people will ignore you. As I said, there is no easy solution to your problem. You must just experiment with different ear tips until you find the one that works for you. If you read through this forum you will see that the answer will always be the same;TRY DIFFERENT EAR TIPS! No matter how much you wish this were not the answer, the fact is, you must do exactly that. Now, be a good boy, or girl, and go away and do as advised and stop pleading for more suggestions as there are no other answers other than the ones you already have. Good luck with your search.

I just want to be sure about that, and wanted to know if there other ways or choices.
