Take it more realistic, main goal of these iems is to be suitable for "extreme" environment. So I think most money in R&D went to new housing and cable, I would be surprised, if their sound quality would be on same level as 100$ Hfiiman Re-400.

Re400 has sound to match some $300 in ears. So if that's the case then it will definitely be better than the $100 SE215

I don't think it cost $200 just for the looks and durability. Also, that is realistic as they are both under $200, but that's just IMO.

Check the impression thread, they are bass and mid heavy and very non fatiguing. They apparently sound brilliant with treble EQ put up.

I'm not denying that these could be decent IEM's, but what's up with all the abbreviations? I think they are quite insulting to the consumers' intelligence.
