Premade Millet?

I have been looking for a decent sounding tube amp for a reasonable price, and reading people suggestions to others I kept coming back to the Millet Hybrid. However, I have no building experience and wouldn't want to shell out all that cash and then screw it up. Now, are these simple enough that a cautious novice could construct one? Or, is there a place (or person?) that will prebuild them for purchase. Thanks all.

It's easier to populate a millet board than to get a cmoy going, in my opinion. You just have to know how to use a multimeter at the end, to test your work. If not, Headroom sells a millet of their own, or you could commission a DIYer to do it for you. I know blueberry audio makes a beautiful millet.. not sure if that was a one off or a production model, but I remember drooling over the images.
