Wow, how this could just pass without any noticing?

His DIY project page was/is still truly a gem to read.

Rest In Peace.

Chu Moy's HeadWize forums was what really got me into this addiction... er, I mean hobby. Many fond memories of hours spent reading and posting on that site as a budding young audiophile. He will be missed.

Sad news indeed. Chu Moy's HeadWize was where the headphone discussion began for me.....the original that got the ball rolling.

Very sad to hear this. I first came across Head-Fi in 2002 and know how indebted the hobby and especially this site are to his efforts. I'd like to know a little about him. Has anyone met the man? What was his background? How old was he at death, and what were the circumstances of his passing? Really sad news, and I'm surprised that this thread doesn't have more responses.
