Digikey has several Pansonic pots. Search for "panasonic evj" and choose .5w and metal bushing. For knobs, search for "kilo".
Mouser carries nice, cheap aluminum knobs. Search for "eagle".
Tangent has nice partslists with numbers on his webpage.

For the Panasonic pot, you will want the EVJ-C variant, not the EVJ-Y if you're going to plug it into any of the various DIYer PCBs around. The -Y variant is for mounting horizontally on the board, like you'd see on the front-panel PCB on a big home theater receiver.

As for knobs, the first thing to do is download the distributors' catalogs and browse. You need to see the pics to make a choice. Once you narrow the field, try to find photos rather than the drawings you get in the catalogs.
