I don't know if this has already been mentioned, but for reviews, it should be required to list what DAC and amp was used in a headphone review or list DAC and phones used for an amp review... well, you get the idea. There should be a required fill-in space for specific gear, like one space for phones, one for amps, one for DACs, etc. I've been reading some of the reviews and can't help but wonder what they're driving their phones with as amps can change the sound of some phones a bit. Going to the reviewer's profile doesn't always work either as sometimes they don't list their gear.

Most experienced reviewers Do include these facts. The problem is that a Review is a Personal opinion. Everyone hears differently. Their results can wildly vary EVEN using the same sources. Theoretically everyone should have similar results with identical equipment. In practice seldom.
