I envy your 5D, raptor, but it seems like it has been struggling a little here.
I'm thinking about the horizontal artifacts most prevalent in the upper half.
I see from the exif that you used ISO 100 and 20 sek. exp. An idea could be to up the sensitivity to 200 and lower the exp. time to say 15, if you use halfs, resulting in a slight over exp. which you could readjust in PS later.
The large sensor of the 5D prevents ISO artifacts fro occurring at mid settings, but disturbances at long exp. produced by stray light are usually a bigger problem.
It also seems like the sensor would benefit from some wiping.

Am loving full frame

Yea there were alot of hot pixels that I already removed.. there were some that were stars but I wasn't sure

I'll keep the point about bumping the ISO up a little in mind.. Should have turned on the long exposure nose reduction to do dark frame subtraction.

Yea I rarely take shots like this so this is one of the rare times I see dust artifacts (I assume you are talking about the dark patch.. the white spots are hot pixels) I shoot in a lot of high fur environments so I really should clean the sensor more
