FIrst pic: I'm drawn to the upper left side (brighter) but was your intention to focus more on the people below? Maybe crop off the top using the bridge and sides as frames

Second pic is a nice play on lines but I'm just annoyed (personal pref) on how the tip of the edge is missing on the left

Third: Crop off the extra line on the right and great simple composition

Yes, but the HDR effect in the iPhone 6 is very subtle, akin to selective highlight and shadow recovery than "HDR". The effect you're seeing is the localized microcontrast enhancement done in Nik Software's SilverEfex (done on the desktop). I found that the in-camera monochrome effects weren't really to my tastes, so I did it myself. The light bloom is just the way it was shot. This is the way the original looked.
