I got a Sony D25 like new that was mixed in with some other items for nothing. They guy said he would throw it in (Ebay). No one had noticed the D25 for some reason and I bid 20 dollars for everything. I sold the other stuff and made a little money and got a free D25. The only odd thing was, was that he put the player in the box with nothing around it. It was loose in the box just banging around but none the worse for wear.

Beyer DT990 (600 ohm) off ebay, $58 shipped. Can use some new ear pads, but I just took out the old foam and put in some fleece material, they are now nice and comfortable, should last for quite a while. I will go for new pads after that. I know, I am cheap.
