I've always been the biggest fan of simplicity and modern-ess, and I found both a wallpaper and a dock theme called "Mini LED" that I installed via an app called CandyBar. I'm loving it, don't know If I'll ever be able to change.

Just a basic layout, though I've decided to auto-hide the taskbar (I'm using a netbook, so I need to maximise the space when browsing the web, creating documents, etc.)
