I remember buying the wooden crate (1,200 + rounds) for about $120 ten years ago. I wont say how many I bought

Mine is a little different though - it was customize for the original owner to have the black body but silver volume knob....and looks rather sweet I must say.

Man that brough up lots of memories of the type of razors my father had around the house. By the time I started shaving the newer system of the dual blades was in use. However back then you had to replace the shaving heads, now the whole thing is disposable.

Re: Nos Gillette

I started shaving with one of those more than 35 years ago. I guess they were a giant improvement over straight razors, but any slight lateral movement while shaving still resulted in a nasty long razor cut. They also weren't nearly as gentle going over blemishes as the double-edged razors that replaced them. Cool find though.

If I knew there was a GS-1 for sale in the UK I would have jumped on it. Sigh.

Enjoy your new amp!
