Is it Windows 8.1 or 10? i upgraded my Surface to Win10 on the date it released. Much prefer it over Win8.1

Windows 8.1, don't dare to upgrade after what happened to my desktop when I upgraded it to Windows 10

So many things not working just from the upgrade

You should have seen us ride in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Our feet were held in by small straps which you had to reach down and loosen before taking your feet out by only pulling back. We fell over all the time.
