I don't like having to use my phone battery to play music, and relying on its battery, so I am searching for a portable audio player to use without an amp with my HD598 and RHA MA750i.  The player must ~$200 or less, have expandable storage of at least 64gb, and I would prefer it have the option to be able to sync with bluetooth speakers. As always, I am looking for the highest quality output I can find, if only my budget was larger. Thanks for your time.

You should definitely consider Fiio's X3ii:

It doesn't (as far as I'm aware) have bluetooth, but you do get a lot of DAP for the money.
