Portable Heaphone AMP - Android and IOS

I am looking for a good portable headphone AMP to pair with my Samsung S8. This would be for daily commuting as I would like to strap it to the back of my phone.

I would also like to use this device with my IPAD at times (movies etc.).

Budget - $200 range,happy to stretch for the right setup
