I just saw your budget, I was referring to the Q model but if you want to spend around 400 bucks I'd say +1 on the used Chord Mojo suggestion

For the best sound quality the Mojo and the best for size to match a phone the Oppo HA-2SE and does sound good too.

If you're going to be using it EXCLUSIVELY with your phone then I still recommend the Oppo HA-2SE. It's got a nice good looking sleek design with the (fake leather?) stitching on it and it's shaped like most smartphones today so I think it's also portable-friendly so you can just rubber band it to your phone making it easy. Chord Mojo may be better but I'd say it's more of a hybrid than a straight up portable because of its shape and the fact that it has an optical in, the dual headphones outs ARE nice though.
